EFH Judge Again Sides With Power Co. On Make-Whole Issue
A Delaware bankruptcy judge sided again with Energy Future Holdings Corp. on Friday in its fights with bondholders over make-whole claims, ruling that a unit of the power giant does not have to pay a roughly $500 million claimed premium on certain payment-in-kind notes.

Energy Future Holdings Ch. 11 Fees Set To Top $200M
Professional fees in the massive Energy Future Holdings Corp. Chapter 11 are set to top more than $200 million after a Delaware bankruptcy judge on Monday approved a package of about $90 million in interim fee and expense requests for attorneys and other professionals working on the case.

Holders of nearly $2.2 billion worth of an Energy Future Holdings Corp. unit's second-lien notes told a Delaware bankruptcy judge Tuesday that they are due up to more than $400 million in make-whole payments despite the court's decision months ago denying such premiums in a similar situation.
