A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Wednesday indefinitely halted an objection from a group of Energy Future Holdings Corp. unsecured creditors to a $750 million intercompany tax claim, saying that going forward with the litigation now could disrupt extensive negotiations on the Texas power giant's bankruptcy exit plan.
