Order on Motion for Extension of Time to File Order on Motion for Leave to File Excess Pages Order on Motion for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply
ORDER by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on June 24, 2026. Before the court are State Defendants' 58 Motion for Extension of Time and 63 Motion for Leave to File Excess Pages, and Defendant Jefferson County School District R-1's 67 Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time. The court acknowledges that State Defendants' 58 Motion for Extension of Time was overlooked, for which the court apologizes to the parties. However, the State Defendants proceeded to file their motion to dismiss on the date of their requested extension (ECF No. 65 ). The court therefore accepts the motion to dismiss as timely filed and GRANTS the 58 Motion for Extension. The court further GRANTS the State Defendants' 63 Motion for Leave to File Excess Pages. Finally, the court GRANTS Defendant Jefferson County School District R-1's 67 Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time. Accordingly, Jefferson County School District's reply in support of its motion to dismiss (ECF No. 54 ) is now due July 1, 2026.
