ENDORSED ORDER denying without prejudice 7 Plaintiff's motion for a continuance for failure to comply with Middle District of Florida Local Rules 1.08, which sets forth the typography requirements for all filings in this case. Further, the court advises Plaintiff that whenever she requests an extension of time, she shall specify which deadlines she wants extended and the requested due date. Nevertheless, the court sua sponte extends the deadline to respond to the court's order to show cause. (See Dkt. 5.) On or before July 28, 2026, Plaintiff shall show cause and file a notice of pendency of other actions and a disclosure statement.
