Order on Motion for Miscellaneous Relief
ORDER granting 414 Joint Motion to Extend Expert Disclosure Deadlines. For good cause shown, the Court EXTENDS the case management deadlines relating to expert discovery as follows: Defendants' deadline to disclose their expert witnesses is 12/1/2026; Plaintiffs' deadline to disclose any rebuttal expert witnesses is 1/29/2027; and the deadline to complete all discovery is 3/16/2027. The Court expects this to be the final extension of expert discovery in these cases and will view any additional requests with disfavor. In order to ensure that is the case, the Court ORDERS that any motion relating to expert discovery reliance materials must be filed by 9/9/2026 and it will be the Court's intention to address the issue at the hearing scheduled for 9/14/2026.
