ORDER: 1. Justice's motion for leave to proceed IFP 2 , is GRANTED, & the Court WAIVES payment of the filing and administrative fees in this case. 2. Justice's motion for the appointment of counsel, 3 , is DENIED w/out prejudice. 3. Since justice may proceed w/her claims, the Deputy Clerk shall prepare 2 service packets for service upon each Dft. 4. Deputy Clerk shall send the Service Packets to the USMS in Lexington, KY, & note the date of delivery on the docket. 5. The USMS shall serve the Dft's by email or certified mail. 6. W/in 21 days of being served, the Dft must answer Justice's complaint. 7. Finally, Justice must immediately advise the Clerk's Office, in writing, of any change to her mailing address.
