By Andrew McIntyre ( April 11, 2018, 9:09 PM EDT) -- A joint venture of developers Sumaida + Khurana and LENY has landed $155 million in construction financing from Madison Realty Capital and an Apollo Global Management LLC-managed fund for a New York condo project, The Real Deal reported on Wednesday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter. The loan is for a 35-story project at 56th Street and 11th Avenue that's slated to have 83 units and 160,000 square feet, Real Deal said....
