Morgan Asset Management has purchased a warehouse near the Miami airport from Florida East Coast Industries for $31.12 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported on Wednesday. The deal is for 3200 N.W. 67th Ave., which has 181,947 square feet and is located in the so-called South Florida Logistics Center near the airport, the journal said....
