By Andrew McIntyre ( December 12, 2018, 3:24 PM EST) -- Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC has purchased a funeral home on Capitol Hill in Seattle from Bonney-Watson for $27.1 million and plans to build a seven-story residential and retail property there, the Puget Sound Business Journal reported on Wednesday. Bonney-Watson had operated the home since 1962, and plans call for a new development at the site that will have 213 residential units, the journal said....
