By Andrew McIntyre ( January 30, 2019, 8:46 PM EST) -- An entity managed by Florida investor Jon Samuel has purchased a former Toys R Us building in Cutler Bay, Florida, for $7 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported on Wednesday. The deal is for a 39,427-square-foot building that was completed in 1983 and is located at 19525 S. Dixie Highway, the journal said. Toys R Us in 2018 announced it would close all its U.S. stores following its bankruptcy filing a year earlier....
