By Andrew McIntyre ( May 7, 2019, 6:31 PM EDT) -- AmTrust Realty Corp. is looking to sell a portfolio of seven downtown Chicago office towers and could fetch $1.3 billion or more for the buildings, The Chicago Tribune reported on Tuesday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter. The properties are 111 and 1 E. Wacker Drive, 233 N. Michigan Ave., 135 S. LaSalle St., 33 N. Dearborn St., 30 N. LaSalle and 33 W. Monroe St., the Tribune said. AmTrust paid slightly more than $1 billion for the seven towers, which it bought between 2004 and 2015, according to the report....
