He joined the firm in 2007 after serving as an assistant chief in the Criminal Division's Fraud Section at the U.S. Department of Justice and in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement. At the DOJ, he was one of the original prosecutors on the Enron Task Force, and he led the DOJ prosecution team investigating the international abuse of finite reinsurance products.
