By Karlee Weinmann ( June 4, 2013, 3:12 PM EDT) -- Vodafone PLC is again the subject of talks surrounding the possible takeover of Germany's largest cable provider, Kabel Deutschland Holding AG, according to a late Monday report from the Wall Street Journal's German affiliate. The speculation revives old hints that the companies could pursue a tie-up, aimed at giving Vodafone a huge leg up in its fixed-line business across Europe, which already has a smattering of smaller assets in Germany. Vodafone has not decided whether to launch a bid, but if it does, Kabel Deutschland would find itself at the center of a landmark $10 billion buyout effort....
