Law360, New York ( March 6, 2014, 12:49 PM EST) -- The Patent Trial and Appeal Board recently issued a group of four final written decisions to inter partes review trial proceedings involving Intellectual Ventures Management LLC ("IVM") and Xilinx Inc.[1] IVM filed four IPR petitions challenging the patentability of claims in four different patents owned by Xilinx.[2] The PTAB granted each petition, at least in part, and instituted trial proceedings on Feb. 12, 2013.
