Feds Asked To Regulate 'Orange Clouds' Caused By Mining

Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement to clamp down on mining activity that leads to the creation of so-called orange clouds of gas, saying experts have found the clouds to have concentrations of nitrogen oxides that exceed safety limits. . . .
