ITC Asked To Probe Spansion, Others Over Memory Patents

Ltd. on Friday asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to look into whether Spansion LLC and other tech companies are infringing its patents for "nonvolatile" memory chips used in, among other things, automotive components and network gateway systems, according to an ITC notice, the latest blow in a battle between the two companies over the memory chips....
