Deals Rumor Mill: SoftBank, Power Construction, Vista Equity

According to the report, SoftBank has offered $32 per share for DreamWorks, the Hollywood studio behind several top-grossing animated hits, including "Shrek" and "Kung Fu Panda. " A pickup of DreamWorks would be in line with SoftBank's quest to become the world's biggest company it was one of the biggest winners in Alibaba Group Holding Ltd.
