By Natalie Rodriguez ( November 6, 2014, 1:22 PM EST) -- Private equity firm KSL Capital Partners is reportedly finalizing a more than 480 million pound deal ($764 million) to take over the U.K.-based Village Urban Resorts from the De Vere Group, according to a report in London-based paper The Times. The deal, which is said to be above a tentative asking price of 450 million pounds, comes on the heels of a single asset hotel buy in the country and is part of a 600 million pound plan to scoop up U.K properties, according to The Times....
