Sedia that two provisions of the Indiana right-to-work law are unconstitutional. In a 5-0 decision, written by Justice Brent E. Dickson, the court rejected the arguments expressed by International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 150 and its supporters that the right-to-work law violates Article I, Section 21 of the Indiana Constitution....
