This includes two midtown properties, one on 50th Street and Seventh Avenue and another on Fifth Avenue between 48th and 49th, as well as a downtown TGI Fridays on 16th Street and Union Square East, the Commercial Observer said. The Fifth Avenue location is reportedly seeking $2,500 per square foot....
