's directors asked the Delaware Chancery Court on Tuesday to throw out derivative claims connected to the chemical company's billion-dollar soybean antitrust and intellectual property fight with Monsanto Co. , arguing the suing shareholder can't show the board acted with gross negligence when it declined to pursue its claims. . . .
