By Andrew McIntyre ( March 25, 2015, 7:16 PM EDT) -- The Wisconsin Investment Board, which owns the five-story Nike store on Michigan Avenue as well as single buildings on both sides of it, is selling the three buildings and could command as much as $300 million with the sale, Crain's Chicago Business reported Wednesday. The properties, located at 673, 669 and 663 N. Michigan Ave., include the Nike store, a three-story building and a nine-story building, Crain's said....
