By Andrew McIntyre ( April 20, 2015, 6:24 PM EDT) -- Ayala Land Inc. is planning to spend roughly 12 billion Philippine pesos ($271.3 million) on a hotel, retail and business process outsourcing project in Aseana City, itself a massive real estate endeavor along Manila Bay in the Philippines, Dow Jones reported. The company plans to start construction on the project — slated to include a 325-room hotel and shopping mall — later this year and to finish in 2018, according to Dow Jones....
