Law360, New York ( July 8, 2015, 10:34 AM EDT) -- On June 18, 2015, Gov. Rick Scott signed CS/CS/CS/HB 275 (the "Florida Crowdfunding Act"), a copy of which can be found here. The act creates an exemption from state securities law regulation for certain intrastate crowdfunding transactions by Florida for-profit entities that satisfy the requirements of the Florida Crowdfunding Act.
