The 12,178-square-foot mansion at 3590 Crystal View Court was initially listed in late 2014 for $17 million — more than twice the $8 million James paid for it in 2010, according to the report. The property, which was sold to Panda Home LLC, includes a 4,500-square-foot guest area, a private dock for two 60-foot yachts, and a theater, the report said....
