By Andrew McIntyre ( December 22, 2015, 3:54 PM EST) -- Affiliates of Related Group and Terra Group LLC have scored $129.7 million in additional financing for a condominium project in Coconut Grove, Florida, according to a report Tuesday from the South Florida Business Journal. That new financing from Mack Real Estate Group pushes the total amount of the company's mortgage to $159 million, according to the report. Having also gotten $15 million in financing from Regions Bank, the project's total funding is pegged at $174 million, the report said....
