Law360, New York ( December 17, 2015, 2:08 PM EST) -- On Dec. 7, 2015, Nike filed a lawsuit against the former senior apparel design director of its men's division, Matthew Millward, and his new employer Ralph Lauren Corp. The lawsuit alleges Millward breached his covenant not to compete and nondisclosure agreement when he joined Ralph Lauren's Club Monaco brand as a vice president of men's design. Nike also brought a claim against Ralph Lauren for allegedly interfering with Millward's noncompete agreement....
