By Andrew McIntyre ( January 20, 2016, 6:34 PM EST) -- Invesco Ltd. has purchased 398 apartment units in a Chicago tower for $240.3 million, according to a Wednesday report from Crain's Chicago Business that cited public records. The deal is for residential portion of 340 E. North Water St. in the Streeterville neighborhood, a building that includes a hotel on the first 14 floors, Crain's said. The seller is a division of Convexity Properties, which sold the hotel portion of the tower for $171.7 million last year, according to the report....
