The deal is for 399 Congress St., a 0.7–acre site that in 2007 gained entitlement for a 505-room hotel, and was later entitled for residential and mixed use, the journal said. Seller Crescent Heights America Inc. bought the site for $5.6 million in 2006, according to the report....
