Inc. are close to reaching a deal with Wells Fargo Bank NA on a $105 million loan for a Roosevelt Island apartment building, according to a report on Monday from The Real Deal, citing sources with knowledge of the discussions. The financing would be for a 26-story, 350-unit residential building on Roosevelt Island's under-construction Cornell Tech campus, Real Deal said. The building, one of 10 buildings that comprise the new campus, is expected to cost roughly $115 million to build, according to the report....
