By Andrew McIntyre ( March 24, 2016, 2:04 PM EDT) -- A venture led by private equity shop Fundamental Advisors LP's CEO Laurence Gottlieb has purchased the Blackstone Chicago Hotel for at least $57.5 million, according to a report on Wednesday from Crain's Chicago Business, citing public records. The venture includes Sage Hospitality Resources LLC, and Crain's said it's unclear if that $57.5 figure also includes Sage's stake in the property, and thus the purchase price could be higher....
