By Benjamin Horney ( April 4, 2016, 5:04 PM EDT) -- Dell Inc. is readying an initial public offering for Secureworks Inc. that is set to take place this month, according to a Monday report from The Wall Street Journal. According to the report, Atlanta-based Secureworks, which provides cybersecurity to companies with an emphasis on financial firms, could raise $150 million in the IPO. The offering is aimed to help Dell finance its $67 billion acquisition of EMC Corp., the report said. Dell acquired Secureworks in February 2011....
