By Andrew McIntyre ( April 18, 2016, 11:31 AM EDT) -- Real estate investment trust AvalonBay Communities Inc. has paid Bentall Kennedy $24 million for a Seattle development site where it plans to build a residential and retail tower, according to a report on Friday from the Puget Sound Business Journal. The deal is for 210 Wall St., where AvalonBay is seeking to build a 24-story, 300-unit apartment tower with 10,000 square feet of retail at the ground level, the journal said....
