By Andrew McIntyre ( May 16, 2016, 2:28 PM EDT) -- Bonjour Capital LLC has landed $104 million in financing from Signature Bank for its recent purchase of a property on York Avenue in New York, according to a report on Friday from the Commercial Observer that cited sources with knowledge of the matter. The seven-year loan at 3.625 percent is for Bonjour's purchase of the Hamilton, a 265-unit rental tower that the company recently bought for roughly $140 million, the Commercial Observer said....
