By Andrew McIntyre ( October 6, 2016, 2:18 PM EDT) -- A venture of Golub & Co. and Alcion Ventures LP has picked up a Chicago Gold Coast apartment building from Waterton Associates LLC for an estimated $145 million, Crain's Chicago Business reported on Wednesday, citing sources with knowledge of the approximate price of the transaction. The joint venture has bought 1 E. Delaware Place, a 306-unit property that is across the street from Chestnut Place, which Golub bought two years ago, Crain's said....
