By Andrew McIntyre ( November 9, 2016, 3:56 PM EST) -- The Lightstone Group LLC is selling the retail base of an under-construction Midtown New York hotel as well as a connected parking garage and hopes to get $64 million for the properties, Commercial Observer reported on Wednesday. The firm is selling 4,004 square feet of retail space at the Marriott Moxy Hotel as well as a 485 Seventh Ave. parking garage that has 27,000 square feet, according to the report. Pret a Manger leases some of the retail space and some is vacant, Commercial Observer said....
