JP Roosevelt LLC bought a site located at 340 W. 42nd St. and 4100-4120 Pine Tree Drive from an entity owned by Shmuel Boymelgreen, Sarah Boymelgreen and Chen Lamdan, the journal said. The buyer took on an existing $8 million loan from Centennial Bank as part of the transaction, according to the report....
