By Andrew McIntyre ( March 2, 2017, 3:39 PM EST) -- Trion Real Estate Management is seeking to sell five Manhattan multifamily buildings that include retail space and could fetch up to $80 million for the portfolio, The Real Deal reported on Thursday. The five buildings have a combined 111 rental units, as well as 17 retail spaces, and have a total of 126,000 square feet, Real Deal said. The company bought the buildings for $52.7 million through a pair of deals, one in 2016 and the other in 2015, according to the report....
