By Andrew McIntyre ( April 4, 2017, 4:11 PM EDT) -- FreshDirect has scored $85 million in EB-5 financing for a distribution center in the Bronx, The Real Deal reported on Tuesday. The financing is for 2 St Anne's Ave., and takes the place of a Signature Bank loan for $57.5 million and provides $27.5 million in additional capital for the property, according to the report. The EB-5 funds are from the New York Regional Center, Real Deal said....
