The investigatory and disciplinary measures in the new CBA are largely unchanged from the 2011 CBA.[1] Even so, the start of a new CBA presents an opportunity to review the general investigatory and disciplinary powers of both the teams and the league in order to assist players and their representatives in navigating this process.
