Commonly referred to as the "CHOICE Act 2.0," this bill is the second version of a reform bill that was introduced last year by committee Chairman Jeb Hensarling, R-Texas. In addition to the financial regulatory reforms at the heart of the bill, the 600-page bill proposes several noteworthy modifications to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission disclosure requirements and the U.S. corporate governance regime, which should be of interest to publicly traded companies....
