Morgan Investment Management has sold an apartment complex in Miami to an affiliate of Wafra Investment Advisory Group for $78.15 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported on Tuesday. The deal is for Milagro Coral Gables, a six-story property that has 407,265 square feet and is located at 2263 S.W. 37th Ave., the journal said. The buyer received $41 million in financing from Prudential Insurance Co. of America, according to the report....
