By Andrew McIntyre ( June 27, 2017, 7:41 PM EDT) -- A venture that includes Planned Property Management's Robert Buford has picked up a Chicago apartment tower from Kensington Realty Advisors for $100 million, Crain's Chicago Business reported Tuesday. The deal is for 100 W. Chestnut St., a 30-story, 280-unit property, and the $100 million price tag works out to $357,000 per unit, Crain's said. The buyer received $64 million in Fannie Mae financing originated by PNC Bank, according to the report....
