By Andrew McIntyre ( September 5, 2017, 7:27 PM EDT) -- Zara Realty Holding Co. has picked up a pair of buildings in Jamaica, Queens, from Vincent Ragosta for nearly $20 million, The Real Deal reported Tuesday. The deal is for 88-22 Parsons Blvd. and 89-21 153rd St., which have a combined 82 apartments as well as a single commercial unit, The Real Deal said. The buildings last traded hands for $10.25 million in 2014, according to the report....
