By Andrew McIntyre ( October 25, 2017, 1:26 PM EDT) -- Pinnacle Group has picked up a residential building in Queens from Oregon Realty Co. for $31.5 million, The Real Deal reported on Tuesday. The deal is for the so-called Rego Park building, a 98,000-square-foot, 113-unit property at 97-25 64th Ave. that Oregon Realty bought in 1972, according to the report. For Pinnacle, the purchase follows another acquisition earlier this month of a 23-unit residential property in Brooklyn, Real Deal said....
