By Andrew McIntyre ( October 31, 2017, 1:26 PM EDT) -- A joint venture of SL Green Realty Corp. and Prudential Real Estate Investors has scored a $195 million loan from M&T Bank and Natixis for an office condo in Manhattan, The Real Deal reported on Monday. The three-year loan is for Tower 46 at 55 W. 46th St., and replaces a current Wells Fargo loan, according to the report. SL Green and Prudential bought the property in late 2014, Real Deal said....
