By Andrew McIntyre ( December 1, 2017, 5:54 PM EST) -- Ladder Capital has provided an $84 million bridge loan to a joint venture of SK Development Group, CB Developers and Ironstate Development for a hotel in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, The Real Deal reported on Friday. The loan is for the Pod Hotel, a 249-room property at Metropolitan Ave. that opened earlier this year, according to the report. The new loan replaces a $58 million Deutsche Bank loan, Real Deal said....
