Law360, New York ( October 2, 2014, 10:07 AM EDT) -- In its 14th award to a whistleblower under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act's whistleblower program,[1] the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission last week announced the award of more than $30 million to a foreign resident, the fourth whistleblower living outside of the United States to receive such an award.
