Ltd. is said to have started gauging demand Monday for its anticipated $1.5 billion Hong Kong initial public offering, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. BAIC Motor, which makes Senova and Wevan cars, is looking to start trading by the end of the month, the report said. The IPO is just one of several large offerings slated for December, including the public debuts of nuclear power plant operator CGN Power Co.
