Watson's Generic Mucinex Doesn't Infringe, Judge Says
A federal judge in Florida ruled Friday that Watson Laboratories Inc.'s generic version of Mucinex has a different formulation than Reckitt Benckiser Inc.'s blockbuster expectorant and therefore does not infringe an asserted patent.
